Quality Management

To ensure continued Customer Satisfaction, High Arctic Energy Services has developed and implemented an extensive Quality Management System in compliance with the ISO 9001:2000 Standard. High Arctic has no exclusions related to the standard and there are no departments or operations that are excluded from the Quality Management System.

Scope:

Drilling and Production Services, specializing in Underbalanced applications as it pertains to the Energy Services Industry, which includes the design and development of equipment and services, and the development and training of personnel.

High Arctic Quality Objective:

To Increase the value, quality and overall services of High Arctic to its customers through the improvement in quality at the departmental level of the organization.

Each Department also has quality goals which are set, reviewed and evaluated at the Management meetings.
