High Arctic has recently added Membrane Nitrogen Generation Units (MNGU) to our fleet to support the drilling and the completions business units. This trailer mounted system will provide a cost effective method of nitrogen production to meet our customers needs. These units can be combined to achieve the desired output levels.

The High Arctic MNGU is a fully integrated mobile nitrogen generator specifically designed for rapid deployment in remote locations. While other membrane systems or inert gas generators require multiple transports and long setup/breakdown times, the MNGU is mounted on a single trailer and already interconnected and calibrated.
These systems are best used for remote locations where the cost of delivered liquid nitrogen is high, when the scheduling and delivery of nitrogen takes a long time, or when the requirement calls for continuous mobility. You would never run out of nitrogen or have to terminate a job prematurely while waiting on a nitrogen bulk transport. These units currently fall under road ban limits.
