Our highly experienced management and technical teams provide an exceptional Integrated Asset Management service to small and medium sized companies to accelerate value in every kind of oilfield scenario, from domestic North American mature development plays, to exploration in the Highlands of Papua New Guinea, to deepwater offshore Africa. The asset teams comprise our in house experts and additional local specialists to produce a truly disciplined approach that encompasses international experience and detailed local knowledge gained over many years. This approach ensures the efficient integration of all aspects of exploration and production including Geology, Geophysics, Petrophysics, Reservoir Engineering, Drilling and Production Engineering to produce innovative solutions to our client's opportunities and problems. HAES is currently providing full on the ground asset management services for our clients in Canada, Ukraine, Armenia and Papua New Guinea. In addition HAES provides a full Integrated Project Management service to implement the Field Development Plans for each of the assets. Projects encompass the range of field activities, from exploration survey acquisition, drilling wells, workovers and well services operations, plant and pipeline construction. Where appropriate HAES proprietary drilling and well equipment and services are utilized to realize the full synergies and support of the world class HAES operations team. Custom built rigs and equipment can be designed and mobilized as required for campaigns anywhere in the world. HAES underbalanced equipment and expertise is particularly relevant to unlock economic production from many of the poorer reservoirs now being discovered. |
