AIR DRILLING
High Arctic's Air Drilling Services provide the oil and gas industry with very diverse and highly mobile options to suit their Air Drilling needs. The cost effective services available to our customers include: Conventional Air Drilling packages Mist Pumps Entire Pipe Work Membrane Generated Nitrogen packages These services can be utilized for air, air/mist, aerated fluid or underbalanced drilling, air drying and testing pipelines and plant or vessel purging. The Mobile Nitrogen Generation Units (MNGU) are dual purpose units. They can pump straight air or the air can be processed to a 95% Nitrogen. With each MNGU trailer capable of 750 scfm (21m3/min.) with a discharge pressure of 4000 psi, they can be combined for a total volume of 1500 scfm (42 m3/min.). This volume, pressure and purity is capable of drilling wells underbalanced both Domestically and Internationally. High Arctic also provides Mist Pumps with capability up to 400 litres per minute at 4000 psi.
