Mr. Twa has held the position of Vice President of International Operations since April 2007. His primary responsibilities are to oversee the International Business Units and Operations.
Mr. Twa has worked in the oil and gas industry for 36 years, with experience in over 60 countries. Prior to joining High Arctic, Mr. Twa served as the Vice President of International Operations for RollÕn Oilfield Industries Ltd. and the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Operations for Noble Drilling Company. Mr. Twa has written two articles on international logistics, published in World Oil Magazine.
