Leigh Tracy - Senior Human Resources Manager, Papua New Guinea
Mr. Tracy has held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager, PNG Operations since October 2006. His primary responsibilities are human resources management, recruitment, leadership training, employee development and coaching/mentoring in the Papua New Guinea operations. Mr. Tracy has taken a variety of advance programs, including: Relations and Negotiating, from Queens University, Kingston, Ontario; "Team Effectiveness and Facilitator Training", and "Integrated Quality Management and Statistical Process Control", both from the Service and Administration Institute of Florida.

Mr. Tracy has extensive corporate and international Human Resources experience in the oil and gas and transportation industry. He has 27 years of experience working with major multi-national companies, working in the regions of: Papua New Guinea, Argentina, Germany, Puerto Rico, Oman, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Canada, the United States and Canada.
