Ms. Snair has held the position of Human Resources Manager of High Arctic Energy Services since May 2006. Her primary responsibilities are overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources Department, including recruiting, hiring and employee retention. Ms. Snair was educated at Dalhousie University (Honours Cerficiate, Human Resources, 2000).
Ms. Snair has over 10 years of experience in the field of human resources, with 8 of these spent in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining High Arctic, Ms. Snair served most recently as Human Resources Generalist Halliburton, most recently as the Human Resources Generalist, one and a half years as Staffing Specialist for HR Recruiting and Employment, and five years as the HR Manager for Badger Daylighting.
Ms. Snair is married with two children.
