Rudy Schipper - International General Manager
Mr. Schipper has held the position of General Manager of High Arctic Energy Service LLC since January 2006. Prior thereto, he held the position of Underbalanced Drilling Manager (Eastern Hemisphere) upon joining the organization in October 2005. His primary responsibilities are analyzing, coordinating and optimizing business units and service units within the International division. Mr. Schipper was educated at the Technical University of Delft, Faculty of Mining and Petroleum Engineering (MSc. Petroleum Engineering, 1990) and completed his Production Geology final thesis at the Shell Exploration and Production Laboratory (KSPEL) in The Hague.

Mr. Schipper has worked in the oil and gas industry for 15 years, with experience working in the United States, Oman, United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Qatar, Thailand, Italy, Germany, Holland, United Kingdom (onshore and offshore), Norway and Denmark. Prior to joining High Arctic, Mr. Schipper served as Manager Eastern Hemisphere for Precision Production Services (2004 to October 2005), Middle East and North Africa Regional Operations Manager - CPD/Testing & New Technology for Precision Drilling Services (2001 to 2004), Field Service Manager for Anadrill, Schlumberger (1998 to 2001), PowerDrive Field Testing/Development and Operations Manager for Camco (now Schlumberger) (1996 to 1998), and various positions and training with Halliburton (1990 - 1996).

In his career, Mr. Schipper has achieved several successes, including consistently exceeding budgeted revenues (including an estimated 50% in the remaining quarter of 2005 for High Arctic Energy Service LLC), securing several major multi-million dollar contracts, introduction of training programs and technological systems, and safety/lost time incident free awards.
