Peter Julien - Vice President of Finance and Business Support
Mr. Julien has held the position of Business Systems Manager since May 2005. Prior therto, he held the positions of Accountant, Quality Assurance Manager and Controller upon joining the organization in July 2002. His primary responsibilities are overseeing, coordinating and optimizing the Canadian Business Units. Mr. Julien was educated at the University of Calgary, Haskayne School of Business (Bachelor of Accounting Sciences, 2005) and St. Lawrence College (Business Administration Diploma Ð Accounting/Finance, 1996, Distinction). Currently, Mr. Julien is a PACE level student in the Certified General Accountant Program. Mr. Julien has worked in the oil and gas industry for four years, with experience working in the United Arab Emirates and Canada. Prior to joining High Arctic, Mr. Julien worked as an accountant and business consultant to small businesses. In his career, Mr. Julien has achieved several successes, including implementation of the Navision Business Systems software for High Arctic and establishing policy, controls and Quality System in conformance to ISO 9001:2000. Mr. Julien is married with one child.
