Mr. Franz has held the position of Finance Manager since April 2006. Prior therto, he held the position of Financial Consultant upon commencing his affiliation with the organization in January 2006. His primary responsibilities are overseeing finance and accounting for the International operations. Mr. Franz was educated at the University of Houston and the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy (Certified Public Accountant).
Mr. Franz has worked in the oil and gas industry for 24 years, with experience working in the Middle East, Singapore and Colombia. Prior to joining High Arctic, Mr. Franz served as Corporate Secretary and Treasure for Intercoastal Operating Company in Houston, Texas (July 1977 to March 1984), VP Administration and Finance for Enterra Corp. in Dubai, Singapore and Colombia (April 1984 to August 1996) and VP Admin and Finance for Drilling Tools International LLC in Dubai (November 2001 to December 2005).
