Mr. Doran has held the position of Country Manager, Papua New Guinea since August 2006. His primary responsibilities are overseeing the Papua New Guinea contract and setting up High Arctic's offices in Papua New Guinea.
Mr. Doran has worked in the oil and gas industry for 27years, with experience working in Gabon, Algeria, Nigeria, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Iran, Pakistan, India, Thailand and Bangladesh. Prior to joining High Arctic, Mr. Julien worked in the areas of Logistics, Procurement, Maintenance, Project Management, CMMS Systems and Rig Transport Management positions both onshore and offshore in his 26 years with KCA Deutag Drilling.
